Your clients need cybersecurity.
The question is whether that sale goes through you, or through someone else.
It happens every week. A company you sell software, infrastructure or advice to has to meet a standard, suffers an incident, or is asked for an audit. You refer them elsewhere, you earn nothing, and that account starts having another trusted provider inside it.
The AllSafe Partner Program exists to turn that around. You bring what you already have, which is the client relationship. We bring the platforms, the team and whatever work it takes. And your involvement is remunerated. There are two ways to do that, depending on the scope you take on, and both are set out below.
One thing worth saying up front, because it is the most misread. We don’t just sell software. We sell the work of a cybersecurity consultancy that also built its own tools. You can offer the service, the tool, or both.
ways to work with us, depending on the scope each party takes on
upfront investment, quotas or exclusivity to start introducing us to clients
own software that we build and operate ourselves, not third-party resale
Two ways to work together
This is not a matter of preference but of what each company can sustain. Introducing us to a client asks nothing of your structure. Selling and servicing it as your own does, because it takes trained people and the capacity to handle first-line support. That is where the two agreements come from, and why their terms differ.
Referral
You introduce a client of yours who has already agreed to meet and who has a real need. Your involvement ends there. We quote, we close, we invoice and we deliver. Your remuneration corresponds to the contract signed with that client.
Partner
You add our solutions to your catalogue and sell them as your own. You invoice the client and you handle first-line support. We stand behind you with the platform and the second line.
The distinction reflects the scope of the obligations each party assumes. A referrer commits no structure and takes on no responsibility for delivery, and their remuneration corresponds to the contract they originated. A partner sustains the commercial relationship and the day-to-day service for the full term of the contract, and their remuneration follows that term. In both cases the remuneration accrues with the signed contract, not with the introduction. Anyone who begins as a referrer may move to the partner arrangement once they have the structure to do so, and that is the order we recommend, as it allows the solutions to be understood before delivery is taken on.
The service, the platform, or both
AllSafe doesn’t sell a licence and walk away. We are a consultancy that does the work, and that built its own platforms to do it better than anyone relying on third-party tools. That gives you three different things to offer, and you pick whichever suits each client.
The service on its own
ISO 27001 consulting and implementation, internal audit, penetration testing, vulnerability management, training. Professional work billed as a project, with no tooling involved.
The platform on its own
The client already has a team and what they need is the tool. It is licensed on an annual contract, and we set it up and keep it running.
The service on our platform
The same work, running on a tool that is ours. It is the largest contract and the one least likely to be dropped, because the client is left with the system that sustains the work, not just a report.
Four proprietary platforms, in production
They are not products under development, nor third-party software with our logo on it. We wrote them, and they run today in public bodies and private companies, across the three levels of the Argentine State.
Gjallarhorn
For the client who needs to know what is happening right now. Incident management, threat intelligence, phishing simulations and automated response.
Skuld GRC
For the client who is required to meet ISO 27001. From risk analysis to the evidence the auditor asks for, with the work ordered and traceable.
Heimdall
For the client who already invested in the perimeter and wants to know whether someone got in anyway. Decoys that catch the attacker inside, before they reach what matters.
Gungnir
For the client who wants to be attacked before they are attacked. The full penetration testing lifecycle, with findings, evidence and final report.
You don’t have to take our word for it. The Community editions of Gjallarhorn, Heimdall and Gungnir are published on GitHub with the source in plain sight, so you can assess us before you introduce us to your client.
You add a revenue line without building a technical team
The usual objection to moving into cybersecurity is always the same. You have to hire people who know it, train them, and sustain the service after the sale. Both arrangements take that part out of the equation.
Calculated on the contract,
not on an instalment
Commission or margin, the base is the whole contract and not the first month. The percentage depends on which of the two arrangements applies, and it is in writing before you begin.
You bring the relationship,
we bring the technical capacity
Technical demo, implementation, engineering and updates are on us under both arrangements. A referrer takes no part in any of it. A partner covers the first line, and we are behind them.
No upfront investment
and no exclusivity
Neither arrangement requires you to invest to begin, and neither ties you exclusively. A referrer also has no minimums and no certifications to meet. If you sell nothing in six months, you have lost nothing.
We don’t compete
with you on your own turf
We do not go in to sell the client anything you already sell them, and we do not cut past you to reach them on our own. We come in through the door you open, and that is where we stay.
From the first conversation to the first settlement
A conversation
You tell us which clients you reach and we look honestly at what fits them, what does not, and which of the two arrangements suits your structure. If there is no fit, we say so right there.
The terms, in writing
Which of the two ways, which contract it covers, what your share is calculated on, and when it is paid out. The base model carries no exclusivity. If an exclusive agreement interests you we will consider it, provided there is a consideration that justifies it for both parties.
We give you the material
Sales material, access to the demos and technical advice whenever you need it. If you are a partner and you close the sale yourself, the remuneration reflects that.
You get paid when we get paid
Your share is calculated on what the client actually pays, and it is settled as that payment clears. If the contract is collected in stages, your settlement follows those stages.
If you already have the client’s trust, you have the hardest part
You don’t need to be a cybersecurity company. In fact, the ones that work best are not.
You already sell them technology
You build software, run servers or keep a company’s infrastructure alive. When that company is asked for an audit, required to meet a standard, or hit by an incident, today they call someone else. Same account, same contact, and a budget you are watching go past.
You already sell IT projects
You have the technical relationship and you know how to quote a project, but building a security practice means hiring people you don’t have today. You can offer it without building it.
You have the client base, not the trade
An accounting firm, a business consultancy, a broker. You advise companies that are required to comply and that ask you first. You don’t need to understand cybersecurity to introduce us, we explain the technical part.
There is only one thing they share. They are companies whose clients already pick up the phone. That is what takes years to build, and you already have it. We bring the rest.
